Hilton is the Group Legal Counsel for the core Sampoerna Strategic businesses in Indonesia. Previously he was a Foreign Legal Consultant in Makarim & Taira S. from January 1989 - February 2008 (19 years 2 months). He practiced commercial law including project finance primarily for sponsors, foreign investment, M&A located in Melbourne from 1986 to end 1988; then in Singapore from early 1989 and seconded to Makarim & Taira S. in Jakarta.

Smitha Menon is a Partner in the Banking & Financial Disputes Practice. Her main areas of practice are litigation and arbitration, encompassing banking and commercial transactions, corporate and shareholder disputes, insolvency and restructuring. Smitha is active in the Singapore Academy of Law and the Law Society of Singapore. She served as a Council member of the Law Society and the Chairperson of the Law Society's Young Lawyers' Committee. She is currently a member of the ICC YAF Regional Coordinating Committee, the Professional Affairs Committee of the Singapore Academy of Law and chairs the Young Members Chapter. Smitha is also the Chair of the Singapore network of the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).Smitha graduated from King's College, London and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.

Menachem Hasofer is a partner of Mayer Brown JSM and Co-Leader of the Firm’s International Arbitration Group. He is experienced in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution with an emphasis on handling documents-intensive disputes arising from building construction and infrastructure projects. Menachem advises companies on records retention and management, including storage and retrieval of electronically stored information and e-discovery. He is a co-author of chapters on international litigation and arbitration in Electronic Discovery Deskbook, published by Practising Law Institute, and is an active member of the Hong Kong Judiciary’s working group for its forthcoming Practice Direction for an e-Discovery Pilot Scheme.
